Marketing and promotional consent

Omnilude asks for separate optional consent before sending promotional messages, and declining does not restrict core use.

Scope of marketing information

Works and episode updatesThis may include new works, new episodes, author or provider updates, and release schedules.
Events and benefitsThis may include events, coupons, points, trials, promotions, and seasonal campaign notices.
Personalized recommendationsThis may include work and content recommendations based on preferred genres, reading flow, and recommendation responses.

Use of personal information for marketing

Information that may be usedThis may include account email, preferred genres, read works and episode flow, event participation, and recommendation or ad responses generated while using the service.
Purpose of useInformation may be used to recommend relevant works, announce eligible events, analyze promotion performance, and adjust repeated exposure.
Retention periodInformation is kept until consent is withdrawn or the account is deleted. Records that must be retained by law may be stored separately for the required period.

Withdrawal and opt-out

Account settingsMarketing message consent and personalized recommendation use can be turned off from notification or privacy settings.
Email unsubscribePromotional emails can be stopped through the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
Email requestIf the unsubscribe link does not work or account settings are difficult to access, withdrawal can be requested at omnilude@gmail.com.
Processing resultOmnilude provides confirmation of consent, withdrawal, and opt-out processing and stops sending promotional messages after processing.
No unnecessary burdenOpt-out or withdrawal does not require unnecessary costs, complicated procedures, or unfair conditions.

Required notices you may receive without consent

Even without marketing consent or after withdrawal, important notices about account security, terms or policy changes, service maintenance or incidents, and privacy protection may still be sent.

These notices are required service communications for service operation and user protection, not advertising.

Marketing consent is optional. You can still read works without it, and required notices about security, accounts, and policy changes may be sent separately.
