Terms and policies
Marketing and promotional consent
Omnilude asks for separate optional consent before sending promotional messages, and declining does not restrict core use.
Scope of marketing information
Promotional email consent
Promotional emails are sent only when separate optional consent has been given. Account creation, public work reading, and the file viewer remain available regardless of this consent.
The default receiving channel is email. If app push, browser notifications, text messages, or other channels are used later, channel-specific consent will be requested separately.
Promotional messages include sender information, contact (omnilude@gmail.com), and a way to opt out or withdraw consent.
Use of personal information for marketing
Consent when using account features
Marketing consent is provided as a separate optional item and is not bundled with the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy confirmation.
Optional items are not pre-selected. Declining them does not restrict account creation or core reading features.
Consent to receive promotional messages and consent to use information for personalized recommendations and marketing may be separated when needed.
Withdrawal and opt-out
Required notices you may receive without consent
Even without marketing consent or after withdrawal, important notices about account security, terms or policy changes, service maintenance or incidents, and privacy protection may still be sent.
These notices are required service communications for service operation and user protection, not advertising.
Consent status and sending standards
Promotional message consent status may be checked periodically, and consent confirmation notices are separated from promotional messages.
Promotional notifications are generally not sent during late-night hours, and separate consent will be requested first when required.
When email delivery, analytics, or advertising tools are used with external services, they are managed under the Privacy Policy and applicable outsourcing or third-party provision standards.
